
CNHA LOAN FUND
The Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement (CNHA) is a Hawaii member based non-profit organization with over 400 members of non-profit and for-profit businesses. We are a Certified Native Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and a Certified HUD-Housing Counseling agency cultivating community loan funds to catalyze capacity building and promotion of minority-owned asset advancement towards financial sustainability and community contribution.
In alignment with it's mission, CNHA facilitates a $9 million dollar Loan Fund providing access to loan capital, financial education, and individualized financial counseling services for Hawaii-based small businesses, non-profit organizations and low and moderate-income families.

Social Enterprise Program
The Social Enterprise Program can offer microloans up to $8,000. PGC recognizes that an entrepreneurial venture faces unique challenges beyond the bottom line. That's why the program provides "wrap around" services to find solutions to obstacles you and your organization may face. These services include technical, social, and monetary support for entrepreneurial ventures creating jobs for vulnerable populations and revitalizing the community.
